Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses in any state within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at 
support@stowmart.com with your name and order number.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedule. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is returned to us, we can offer an exchange or refund. For further assistance, contact us at

Lost Packages
If a package is lost or returned to the sender due to a valid and correct address, we will resend the order or issue a refund. Please visit our support page for assistance. No replacements, refunds, or credits will be provided for packages sent to invalid addresses.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
Starting a Return

support@stowmart.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must be sent to:

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at 
support@stowmart.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. The full order amount, minus return shipping costs, will be refunded. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at
